- Demonstrable experience in sales (SaaS, supply chain, logistics, or tech solutions highly desirable).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain technical solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to humanitarian or development organizations is a plus.
- Good command of English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is desirable.
