Part-time Talent Manager

1. About Relief Applications

Relief Applications is a multicultural humanitarian-to-humanitarian organization that leverages advanced technology to support frontline responders and development actors. We specialize in creating data-governance tools, mobile and web platforms, and customized information management systems for international NGOs, UN agencies, and other humanitarian / development partners. 2. About the Role

This roster includes consultants and specialists in areas such as Information Management, Data Science, AI, Disaster Risk Reduction, MEAL, IT Development, and Project Management — all working on short- and medium-term assignments worldwide.

You will play a key role in ensuring Relief Applications has the right experts ready at the right time for upcoming tenders and projects.

3. Scope of Work

- Manage and update the roster database of consultants and experts, ensuring profiles, rates, and documents are current.
- Identify and attract qualified professionals for new or high-demand areas (e.g., AI, DRR, data protection, MEAL, etc.).
- Review CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, and manage consultant onboarding processes.
- Match consultants to ongoing and upcoming project needs in collaboration with the technical and proposal teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, ensuring communication and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Management Team, Project Managers, and Proposal Writers to anticipate staffing needs for new bids.
- Track consultant performance, availability, and workload through internal systems (e.g., Google Sheet CRM).
4. Timeframe & Level of Effort
- Estimated 2.5 working days per week.
- Initial term: 6 months.
- Remote role, with flexible scheduling and regular check-ins with Relief Applications’ leadership.

5. Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, International Development, or related field. - Knowledge of humanitarian & development sector, consulting frameworks, or proposal processes. - Fluency in French and English; Spanish is an asset.
6. Profile & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or roster management, ideally in the humanitarian or international development sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and database management abilities.
- Understanding of technical humanitarian profiles (IM, DRR, MEAL, etc.) but also IT developers (full stack, PHP Wordpress developer,etc).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Experience using recruitment or CRM tools (Tally, Notion, or similar).
